Rae E. Buck Jr.

BUCK JR, Rae E. Age 73, of Highland Beach, FL and Falmouth, MA, formerly of Belmont, MA, passed away peacefully surrounded by family, April 18th after a long illness.  Beloved husband of Patricia J. (Murphy) of 51 years.  Devoted father of Rae E, Buck III and his wife Kristen of Loveland, OH and Kristin Chouinard and her husband Wayne of Natick, MA.  Cherished Papa to Caroline, Catherine, Margaret, Emily, Grace, Patrick and Kathryn.  Dear Brother of Doris Gardner of Ft. Myers, FL.  

Rae was raised in Belmont and graduated from Belmont High School in 1963 with his high school sweetheart Pat.  He attended Boston University.  He owned a sales promotion business for 40 years prior to retiring to Falmouth and Highland Beach.  Rae loved spending time with his grandchildren and truly enjoyed life with his many, many treasured friends.  He brought a smile to all including the many healthcare professionals who cared for him at Mass General and Boca Raton hospitals.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Lucy Church in Highland Beach, FL on Monday April 23th at 11:00 am.  A memorial service in celebration of Rae’s life will be held in Belmont, MA at a later date.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Rae’s memory to the charity of your choice.  For complete obituary and guestbook please see www.glickfamilyfuneralhome.com.
