Olivia M. Malachuk

Born in New York on March 2, 1923.  Attended  Saint Thomas Church Fifth Avenue NYC.  Olivia took her last breath on Aug 27, 2019 .  Her daughter and son in law were at her bedside.   Olivia was involved with the Christian Home for Children . She would have children stay in her home on the weekends and spoil them with COOKIES, FOOD AND SHOPPING.  She was married to Jack I. Malachuk . They enjoyed life together for 71 years.  Beside her daughter, Candyce and son-in-law Ross Lewis, she is survived by granddaughter Jessica and her husband Edward Beck.

A celebration of her life will take place in the chapel of the Boca Raton Mausoleum at 2:00pm on Friday, September 13th.
