Margaret Albergo of Boca Raton, FL passed away on Friday, July 5, 2019. Margaret lived a full life focused on family, friends and her faith in God.
Margaret was born on July 30, in Brooklyn, New York; daughter of Jean and James. She grew up with her younger sister Delores. As she grew older Margaret developed a passion for beauty and hair and went on to become a Cosmetologist. She also loved dancing, which is how she met Morris. The two met at a dance, and eventually married. They were blessed with three children, Deborah, Dean and Margaret Mary. They had 8 grandchildren, Anthony, Jiana, Ciara, Maria, Christina, Jessica, Ariane, Deano along with one great grandson, Landon.
Margaret relocated to South Florida in 1976 and resumed her hairdressing career. She also made the journey and became a breast cancer survivor. She was always a very strong woman.
Marge as some would call her, had a love for the beach and eventually found her favorite getaway spot in Islamorada. The trips eventually became an annual family gathering spot with the children, grandchildren and her fiancé Vito. So many fun times, fishing, swimming, shopping, so many wonderful memories were created.
Margaret is now at peace and with the Lord. She is survived by her three children, eight grandchildren, great-grandson, , her sister, nieces, nephews, cousins and her fiancé of many years, Vito.
Her spirit will live on forever in our hearts.
May she rest in eternal peace.
