Lorette moved to Detroit, Michigan and worked at the Lafayette Clinic in Detroit as a medical secretary.  During her time in Detroit, she was introduced to Dr. John Clune who was completing his residency at Kresge Eye Institute.  She said it was love at first sight.  They married in July 1960.  She became a full-time homemaker, dedicating her life to being a loving and caring wife, mother and friend.  She was happiest when opening her home to her family and friends.  She also loved golf, bridge and travel.  A favorite trip involved cruising and listening to her favorite Irish crooner, Daniel O'Donnell.  She was full of fun and had a wonderful sense of humor.   Her genuine love for people impacted everyone she met for the better.  She was known for her zest of life, her friendly smile and fun-loving spirit.  She led her life on her terms full of love, compassion and unwavering faith.  She was a longtime member of Saint Jude's Catholic Church.  Her faith brought her through the tragic loss of her husband to cancer at the age of 54.  Her fierce determination allowed her to continue to be the rock that held her family together.  Her unconditional love for her children and grandchildren were the gifts she gave in abundance.  She will be sorely missed by all her loving family.

Lorette is survived by her four beloved children James, Michael(Lauren), Pamela Horn(Tom) and Laura Balius(Emilio).  She leaves behind her six grandchildren that she adored and loved more than anything, Matthew and Brendan Clune, Patrick and Ryan Horn and John and Michael Balius.  She is also survived by her loving brothers and sisters, Dorothy Tarczynski, John Quigley, Michael Quigley and Helen Audia, as well as, countless nieces and nephews who considered her their second mother.

Lorette will be honored and remembered at the Glick Family Funeral Home on Friday, October 5th from 5-8pm with a prayer service at 7pm.  Her funeral will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, October 6th at Saint Jude's Catholic Church in Boca Raton, Florida, with procession to cemetery following.  A reception to celebrate Lorette will follow the burial at 1:00 PM at Via Mizner Country Club in Boca Raton, Florida.
