Keegan Rowena Peters

A beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend, Keegan Rowena Peters left this world unexpectedly on April 28th, 2019, at the age of 36.

Keegan was intelligent, fun, outgoing and vivacious, yet also tender and caring.  She was a lover of people, animals, music, cooking, movies, theater and life.   Keegan’s quick wit and brilliant sense of humor would always keep you on your toes.  She rarely missed an opportunity to dazzle us with her playful and humorous ways.

Most importantly, Keegan was a loving and dedicated mother.  She adored her daughter Emerson, and embraced every moment with her.  Emmy was the center of her world.

Keegan brought so much joy and love into the lives of those around her.  When you think of Keegan, celebrate the wonderful memories you have of her. Remember to cherish one another and live life to the fullest.  Although Keegan’s presence in our lives will be deeply missed, she will remain forever in our hearts.

Keegan is survived by her daughter Emerson, mother Sheilah Peters, father Ronald Peters, step mother Laurie Traylor, sisters Dawn Espersen, Shannon Dawson, and Devon Bryant; step brother Dan Traylor, loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and beloved canines Virgil and Ava.

Please join us as we celebrate the life of Keegan this Sunday, May 5th, 2019, at Glick Family Funeral Home, 3600 N Federal Highway in Boca Raton.  Visitation begins at 10:00am, followed by a memorial service in her honor at 11:00 am.  Reception for close friends and family to follow at the home of Ron and Laurie.
