Joshua James Waller

Joshua James Waller, age 43, of Deerfield Beach passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday, October 22, 2017.  Joshua was born on October 19, 1974 at Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida; he was the second oldest of five children.  Josh was a graduate of Boyd Anderson High School; he kept in touch with many of his alumni members.  Josh worked in the remodel/construction industry.  He was knowledgeable and professional; he was the go-to guy on the team as well as with his family and friends.  Everyone counted on Josh!

Whenever he could find the time, Josh enjoyed the ocean and fishing.  He also had fun with karaoke and spending time with friends.  Most recently, he loved teaching his daughter Caroline how to play the clarinet.    He was so proud of her progress.  

Joshua leaves behind his two beautiful daughters, Caroline (12) and Jazmyn (20); his mother Priscilla Waller and his father James Blair Waller.  He is also survived by his siblings: sister Stacey (Rodney) and his brothers: Zachary (Astrid), Seth (Pamela), and Benjamin.  He was loved by his grandmothers Jeannette Dunican and Katherine Schaschl and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and his nephew AJ.

Josh made friends wherever he went and was a true gentleman who will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.  May he rest peacefully in the arms of his Savior.  

The family will be receiving friends on Sunday, October 29th beginning at 2:00 PM at Glick Family Funeral Home where a prayer service and eulogies will begin at 4:00 PM.
