Jon Randal "Randy" McDonald, 63, of Boca Raton, FL passed away on April 17 at Hospice by the Sea. Randy's loving wife, Lori, was at his side when he took his last breath.
Randy was born in Racine, WI and spent most of his childhood in St. Croix. Randy graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Madison with a degree in Finance.
Randy always had a stack of books covering the gamut of finance from historical treatises to modern security analysis. Many years of finance as an investment professional, Randy rose through the ranks to become a Senior Vice President, Wealth Advisor, Corporate Client Group Director at Morgan Stanley, most recently receiving the accolade in Forbes as one of the top brokers in Florida. .
Randy was preceded in death by his parents, John Randal and Josephine, and his brother Mark. Randy is survived by his wife Lori, his 3 loving dogs, and his 3 sisters, Karen Randal Toryak, Jan Randal, and Lin Thomas. Randy will be greatly missed by his dear friends, and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 27 at 11 AM at First United Methodist Church in Boca Raton. Immediately following the service please join us for lunch and share your memory at the Addison in Boca Raton.
