He married Carmen Lamela in 1951, who passed away at the age of 46. Then in 1976, he met and married Alba Marina, who was a resident of Bogota, Columbia.
Jack proudly served his country in the Army during the 1950 Korean conflict.
He was a journeyman sheet metal worker. And was employed by ACCO construction company. Jack was a talented builder and constructed several beautiful homes in Oroville, Susisun Bay, and Fallbrook. His love of the beauty of nature was evident by vacations that he and Marina enjoyed to the ocean and the mountains.
Jack had an appreciation for good cars, keeping them in good running condition, and he even built one. He would study about topics that interested him and loved good books. He worked hard in his orchard, and was proud of all the fruits he would harvest. He also prepared great breads, waffles, and omelets. Anyone visiting would enjoy a tasty breakfast.
He will be missed by his wonderful family and great friends.
