I am sorry for your loss. Please allow God to comfort you through this painful loss through His promise to care for our dead loved ones in the resurrection at Acts 24:15. Death was not a part of God's original purpose for mankind and that is why it is so hard to deal with this kind of loss. But our loving Heavenly Father has provided a solution to all of our problems including sickness, old age and death through His kingdom{government} in the hands of Jesus Christ our Lord real soon so that we can enjoy the wonderful life He purposed on a paradise earth. {Psalms 37:9-11,29}

My heart breaks for you guys and your loss. I didn't know Gillian personally, but I know what an incredible and kind hearted man John is, so I can imagine what a lovely woman she was. My thoughts, prayers, and deepest sympathies go out to all of you.
