Gertrude Anne Loy

Our very special mother, grandmother and, great grandmother went to be with her LORD and Savior Jesus Christ on May 27.  She was 94.

Gertrude is predeceased her loving husband John.

She was a south Florida resident for 62 years and is survived by her 4 children Kevin, Pamela, Daniel, and Michael, 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Gertrude’s great passion in addition to her family was her service at Spanish River Church in Boca Raton where she was a fixture for over 2 decades as a greeter every Sunday.

Visitation will be held from 4-8 pm on Friday, June 1 at Glick Family Funeral Home in Boca Raton.  A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 2 at Spanish River Church in Boca Raton.  Burial will follow at Lauderdale Memorial Gardens in Ft. Lauderdale.
