Gerald DeVitto Obituary

Gerald L. DeVitto of Boca Raton passed away peacefully under Catholic Hospice care on Saturday, December 1st, 2018.  He was 75 years old.

Jerry was born to loving parents Generosa and Claire DeVitto on July 8, 1943.  He was raised and educated in the Boston, Massachusetts area.   He met and married his soul mate, Louise Analetto; God blessed their union with two sons.

Jerry and Louise moved to Boca Raton in 2002 but Jerry never left his beloved New England Patriots!   There was no better time spent than being with family, enjoying Jerry’s wonderful homemade cooking and watching the Patriots on TV.

He was also an excellent dancer; Jerry enjoyed taking his bride of 51 years out for a spin on the dance floor.  So many good times and good friends; but his pride and joy were his grandchildren.  They all had a special and unique relationship with him.  He had a way of putting others first that made you feel like you were the most important person in the world to him.   We will miss you so much.

Jerry leaves behind his wife, Louise; son Jerry (daughter-in-law Jody); and son Gary DeVitto. Cherished grandchildren John, Alexandra, Joseph, and Adrianna.
