Amie is survived by her son Damian (six years old); her mother Bonnee Appelbaum and step-father Jeff Appelbaum.; brother Jonathan Richman (Heather) and twin nieces Holiday and Hope. she was proceeded in death by her father Michael Richman as well as grandparents: Edna & Saul White and Arnold & Violet Richman.

Amie was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and grew up in Boca Raton, attending Boca Raton schools. She was a telemarketer at a company which sold vacation packages and passed away in ICU at JFK Hospital. A memorial service will be held at a later date to be announced.
