From the preplanning stages to the day the staff came for our mother, we were treated with the utmost professionalism, respect and compassion. They answered our questions, managed the process seamlessly, and guided us through this most difficult time. Above all, they really listened and accommodated our wishes in a timely fashion. Their facility is both beautiful and immaculate. Our decision to hold the memorial service in another state had no bearing on the quality of service we received. The Glick family continued to deliver outstanding customer service from beginning to end.
