Rochelle L. Tesoriero, age 83, of Boca Raton, Fl. passed away peacefully April 25, 2024 after a courageous battle with congestive heart failure.
Rochelle is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Gray, (Stephen Friedberg) of Boca Raton, FL., daughter, Alisa Wilson and grandson Sam Wilson of Aspen, CO, sister Denise Alexander-Pyle (Stephen Pyle) of Marion, IN and brother Martin Barry Richman (Susan) of Murfreesboro, TN, along with several nieces and nephews.
Rochelle was born on March 7, 1941 in Detroit, Michigan to Sam and Magene Richman.
In 1971 she relocated with her daughters to the San Fernando Valley, in Southern California where she spent the next 41 years. She was a hard-working single parent with a huge heart who loved animals, taking her daughters to the beach, and playing bingo. Her love of pets culminated in her ownership and operation of an exotic bird store in Canoga Park, CA until her retirement and relocation to Indiana in 2013. In March of 2023 she moved to Florida and spent the last year of her life enjoying the warmth, sunshine, and quality time in Boca Raton, FL with her daughter, Steve and his father Stan.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Saturday May 4th, 2024 at 2:00pm at the family home in Boca Raton, Florida.
