Sarah Jane (Critchlow) Habay

Sarah Jane (Critchlow) Habay, 88, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2015. She was born July 7, 1927 at her family home in Bakerstown, PA.  Sarah (Sally) and her recently departed (7/12/15) husband, John, retired in Boca Raton 33 years ago from Pennsylvania.  They were married almost 68 years. 

Through her life she enjoyed volunteering and part-time work, but she was most proud of being a homemaker and dedicated caregiver to her mother.  She was a fun-loving person, a good cook, and talented at sewing and crafts. 

Sarah was a loving mother to her children Schan (Starkey), Arden, and Tonya (Haberlein) as well as her sons-in-laws Earl and John.  She will be remembered by 5 grandchildren; Tricia, Magie, Jonathan, Anna, and John, as well as 4 great-grandchildren; Cory, Savannah, Gavin, and Miya. 

Sarah will be interned at the South Florida National Cemetery with her husband who she greatly missed. 

Her family is at peace knowing that Sarah and John celebrate in Heaven.
