While going through my phone I quite mysteriously found Ruth’s obituary. I do lovingly remember her smile as it always was there to greet you. Please know that I still daily think
Of my Mother and Dad who are gone now, too, but pleasant memories bring smiles to my face each day, and when I come across news of others who played a big part in my life -even if it is word of their leaving this earth - I like reaching out to them.
I do the pain of loosing her has lessened for you all and that happy happy memories stay fresh in your minds. I am still in Edinboro, having returned there three times, but soon will be moving I. With one of my daughters as this body is definitely aging but my mind is strong!! I am
Sorry for your loss, but I am sure Ruth is in a happier place now and that she has regained her memory of each of you. Just words from and old friend from a long time ago but one who has many fond memories of wonderful neighbors, pastor and friends. I left my email in case you care to write.

Sincerely, Joan Pettit Barbour. 3-11-2020
