Rosalind Dawn Ellis

Rosalind Dawn Ellis, beloved mother of three sons, passed away and joined her Heavenly Father on May 22, 2015 in Boca Raton, FL.  Her sons are Zackary Ryan Kessinger, 22; Jacob Hart Kessinger, 16; and Luke Jackson Kessinger, 14.  

Rosalind was born Dec. 6, 1966 in Ft. Smith, AR, to Richard Owen and Margaret Thompson Ellis.  Her siblings are Jennifer (Michael Stevens and children Shea, Drake, and Jenson, of McKinney, TX), Christina (David Abel and children Caroline, Hope, and Blake of St. Louis, MO), and Adam Ellis (Rachel and children Owen and Grace of McKinney, TX).  

Rosalind graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR where she was a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority.  She earned her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis, where her son Zackary also recently graduated.  As a physical therapist, she helped many in that field for nearly twenty-five years.  

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m., at Glick Family Funeral Home, 3600 N. Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL  33431.  Memorial Service will follow at 7:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, 625 NE Mizner Blvd, Boca Raton, FL 33432.  Donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation to help fight Breast Cancer.
