Mark A. Hayes

Mark Alan Hayes passed away on December 22, 2016 at his home in Delray Beach, FL with his wife Rainey by his side.

Mark was born in Deerfield Beach, FL and, therefore, qualifies as a true native Floridian.  He took great pleasure in reminiscing about what "was and wasn't there" back in the day as he pointed out places and things during his travels around the South Florida neighborhood that he grew up in.

Rainey and Mark were married 29 years having initially met at a local dance studio event.  In addition to dancing, Mark loved golf, football and his 4 little Doxies who were always by his side.

Mark is survived by his siblings Greg Hayes, Lisa Noel and Leighanne Smith as well as several nieces and nephews and numerous other relatives.

Memorial services for Mark will be held at Glick Family Funeral Home in Boca Raton on Sunday, January 15, 2017 at 2 p.m.  Afterwards, a gathering of friends and family will take place in the reception area at the Funeral Home.
