James Nicholas Barry

James Nicholas Barry, 21 of Loxahatchee, FL died tragically on Thursday, November 17th. He was born May 28, 1995 in Wellington, FL. James had a gentle soul and an amazing heart. He touched everyone he met with his kindness. James was attending Palm Beach State College while working part-time to pursue his future career. He loved being with his friends and family.

He is survived by his mother, Nicola Barry and her boyfriend Guy Hand, his father and step-mother James and Tricia Barry; his sister Alexandra; grandmothers Rosemarie Barry and Evelyn Welch; Aunt Anita Massias, Uncle Ryan Cooper, Aunt Rose and Uncle Tom Wood, Aunt Irene and Uncle Joachim Leicht, Uncle Bob and Aunt Sandy Welch, Uncle Rick and Aunt Christie Welch, Uncle Jim Welch, Aunt Dot and Uncle Stephen Beauregard; as well as all his cousins who loved him deeply.

He was predeceased by his loving Big Mommy, Grandfather James A Barry, Jr, Grandfather Ronald Cooper, Grandmother Annette Miklos, and Grandfather Robert M Welch Sr.

A visitation will be held from 4-8 pm on Friday, December 2 at Glick Family Funeral Home in Boca Raton.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 3 at St. Lucy Catholic Church in Highland Beach.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV) or the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCADV).
