Mason, Grace, 81, of Boca Raton, FL, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2013.
Grace was born Grace Acquavella, in Brooklyn, New York, on August 26, 1932. She was married to the late Albert T. Mason for 25 years and lived in Hallendale, FL for many years before relocating to Boca Raton.
She is survived by her sisters, Kathryn Romano of Boca Raton and husband Dominick; Miriam Yuknus and husband Albert of Point Pleasant Beach, NJ; Helen Sauer of Springhill, FL, brother Donald Acquavella of Belmar, NJ, granddaughter Laura Cox and her family. She leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews that she enjoyed sharing visits and correspondence with.
Grace was an avid tennis player and enjoyed playing golf with friends. She loved to travel with her husband Albert and enjoyed sharing those memories with her family and friends. She was good natured, loving and kind and will be sorely missed by those who knew her.
Grace was a member of Saint Joan of Arc Parish. A visitation will be held from 9:30-10:30 am on Friday, November 15 at Glick Family Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Friday, November 15 at St. Joan of Arc.
