Diana Wells Strickland

Diana Wells Strickland was born March 28, 1941 in Manhattan, NY and passed away peacefully in her home after an almost 7 year battle with cancer on August 6, 2015.  She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Carter and two children, Laura Mitchell (Brad) and Carter II (Elise.)  She was adored by her five grandchildren, Thomas Macintyre Mitchell and Ella Jane Mitchell of Boca Raton, FL and Georgia Gray Strickland, Ava Camille Strickland and Griffin Kelly of Austin, TX.  She is also survived by two sisters, Priscilla Wells and Lisa Chasteen (Steve) of Anderson, SC and her sister-in-law, Jane Carroll Strickland of Greensboro, NC.

A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, August 14th at Grace Community Church of Boca Raton at 11:45 am.  Grace is located at 600 West Camino Real, Boca Raton, FL 33486.  In lieu of flowers, gifts of remembrance can be made to Grace Community Church.
